Our Signature range malts, HERITAGE and HARMONIE, showcase the elegance of French whisky and have complex, layered flavors only achievable through meticulous ingredients’ selection, blending and careful aging. Our production is limited and dependent on the availability of exceptional casks that have aged extra old cognac.
Exploratory Range
Our daring Exploratory malts are unlike any whisky in the world. Our Whisky Maker uses rare or distinctive casks such as unique ex-wine and spirits casks, as well as woods not typically used to age spirits, to create innovative, bold, and uncompromising malts, for true explorers of flavor. It takes decades of experience to be able to develop such unique creations and maintain a refined and elegant balance.
Limited Editions
A series of single release products that are cared for and assembled by hand by our Whisky Maker. Produced in extremely small quantities due to the nature of the ingredients and the care required to achieve the desired flavor profile, Alfred GIRAUD Limited Editions are one-of-a-kind expressions that cannot be replicated or reproduced.
